Yet despite the challenges, shippers and their third-party logistics service providers (3PLs) appear confident in their ability to adapt to tariffs, according to the β2026 Third-Party Logistics Study.β That optimism may be fueled by lessons learned during the pandemic, which exposed vulnerabilities in global supply chains and accelerated shippersβ and 3PLsβ efforts to build resilience into their own supply chains, the study authors wrote.
